This house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for our family of 10 including little children. We made good use of the SHARC passes, the hot tub, and the bicycles in the garage. Kathryn was great about communicating and answering all of our questions. Highly recommend this property!

We had a GREAT time. The house was our home base and it did not disappoint. We had 3 generations of family in the house (3 couples) and two adult children. The SHARC and Rec centrer passes were well used. Jacuzzi was new and top of the line - a great experience. Designer kitchen was our hub as we cooked, watched Wimbledon in the morning and movies some nights!

Sunriver itself is amaaing with all of the bike trails, the village, tennis, swimming, etc.

Lastly, Kathryn was a great host - very responsive to questions any slight issues we had.

Highly recommend the house and Sunriver!

We enjoyed our stay with two families (5 kids). Spacious home and lots of games and activities to keep littles busy while adults visited.. Especially loved riding the bikes left in garage. Back deck was great for meals and watching deer and squirrels eat. Would rent again.

Beautiful kitchen made cooking meals special with enough area for all to be gathered together and visit while doing so. Great dining table allowed all to set and eat together.

The home is totally ready for instant living. It has everything you need to make your stay memorable. Great location and in general just a super place to relax. Our family gives it two thumbs up 👍�👍�.

Beautiful, modern, roomy and comfortable home, perfect for our two families (4 adults, 5 children). The home is stocked with everything you could need, all you need to do is unpack and grab some groceries from the general store in the village. It is easy to get to from Rt. 97 and close to all the Sunriver amenities. I would recommend without hesitation and we will be back again next year. Loved it!

This is our first time time to Sunriver and thoroughly enjoyed staying at 24 Hickory Ln. It's in a great location - quiet and peaceful - but just minutes away from SHARC and the Village. The house is well appointed with plenty of room for kids and adults to relax. The kids rooms are enormous and the bunk beds really comfy! The kitchen has most things you'll need to cook and the appliances look brand new.

Small things like providing kitchen towel, bathroom amenities and the like are well appreciated.

The owner was very accommodating and provided all the information we needed for our stay over Spring Break.

We would definitely book 24 Hickory again!

Would highly recommend this house to anyone with a couple of families! Big dining room table! Comfy beds!!! Nice laundry facilities. Hot Tub felt amazing and was beautiful in the snow. Will rent again!

I can't say enough good things about this rental. Our family has rented many places before. This one stands out as one of the best. Firstly, very warm yet professional communication with the owners. Everything worked... from very good and plenty hot water, great kitchen equipment. We have owned a restaurant for 38 years. We are all about cooking on vacation. The appliances were wonderful. Our grandchildren love all of the recreation passes. Comfortable beds with very nice bedding. Hot tub works well. We will stay there again if possible.

We have stayed in several  properties and this one was by far the best well kept and well equipped home we have been in. The house was well appointed, everything worked, high end kitchen, lovely art. The beds were comfortable, towels nice and fluffy, bathrooms came with body wash, hand soap, shampoo. Laundry was stocked with detergent,etc. Plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans, platters, storage containers, baking equipment, knives even a rice cooker !! WOW Also, the house was spotless, no mold in the bathrooms in this one. Whoever does the cleaning is fabulous. On top of everything else the location is great. Sun River is fun, great walking and bike paths, lots to do.
