Are there any additional service fees or management fees?
There are no management or service fees. There are simply the nightly rates, Oregon State transient taxes (8%) that is required by law, and a flat cleaning fee of $250. There are no service fees, management fees or commission fees.
When do I pay for the stay?
We are require half of the balance 3 days upon making the reservation. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
What are the cancellation fees?
You are able to cancel or change dates 30 days prior to your stay. If you cancel your stay 30 days prior to your stay, we will refund your money. If you do not cancel your stay within 60 days of your stay, you will receive 50% of your money back.
Do you have wi-fi?
Yes. 24 Hickory has complimentary wi-fi throughout the house. There is no charge for this service.
Do you have a schedule of local events throughout the sunriver area?
The Sunriver Resort and Lodge always has fun seasonal events. Please check out their website at https://www.destinationhotels.com/sunriver-resort/activities.
Do you allow pets?
While we love our furry friends, we are unable to accept pets into 24 Hickory.
