Aloha! Thanks for looking at our home in Sunriver! We currently reside just outside of Portland, but LOVE coming to our home in Sunriver. We both grew up in the PNW. We have four kids ages 24 (she will be heading to law school at Stanford this fall) 19 (Gunnar is playing tennis for Lewis Clark State College in Lewiston, ID), 9 and 4, so we have our hands full. In addition to our fleet of kids, we have a beautiful Bernese Mountain (Fletcher) and a super chubby cat named Nalu which we adore. Somehow, we still find time for all of our outdoor activities. We love playing tennis, running marathons, mountain biking, golfing, surfing and scuba diving (one of us spent nearly 15 years in Hawaii) and being outdoors!

We purchased this home in 2015 and have done some significant remodeling to it. You'll find the homes in Sunriver wonderful and rustic, but many of them are outdated, both in furnishings and the home itself. We have completely renovated the kitchen, which features slab granite and brand new stainless steel appliances. The home has been completely repainted and features brand new furniture, bedding and decor throughout the home. Our home also features a brand new state-of-the-art jacuzzi featuring bluetooth, colored lighting and a waterfall. 24 Hickory includes 10 daily passes for the SHARC and 6 daily passes to the Sunriver Fitness and Aquatics.

Aside from being our home, we love where it is located! We are just off Circle 10 on the quiet street of Hickory. We have a beautiful backyard view of the native Pondarosa trees. We are located almost next door to the North Store and the Sunriver Fitness and Aquatics Club. We are near Fort Rock Park and a bike ride away from the SHARC. We are also very close to the river and the Deschutes National Forest.
